CASE 4:

Transverse examination of epigastric region shows a normal sized pancreas with irregular contours. Pancreatic parenchyma is non-homogeneous. Small hyperechoic multiple foci with acoustic shadowing are visible mainly in the head of the pancreas. Anechoic structures, scattered all over pancreas correspond to ductal dilatation.
