CASE 2:

Pelvic ultrasound of this female patient revealed an enlarged uterus (15.8cm X 9.1cm). There was a large, non-homogeneous, solid mass  filling whole uterus. Several, small anechoic structures were scattered all over the mass where it was surrounded by normal myometrium (see asterisks).
